Over in North Bay on the Saturday evening, Scarborough Open Air Theatre will welcome back the beautiful and harmonious voices of the Military Wives Choirs York, who this year will support Britain's favourite tenor, Alfie Boe, in a spectacular Last Night of the Proms concert.

Alfie will perform favourite classic tracks with his orchestra from all his albums, including Granada, God Give me Strength, Luna Malinconia (Blue Moon) and Nessun Dorma and Danny Boy.
